Health and Safety Policies

The health and safety policy is an important document for businesses of all sizes. Companies with 5 or more employees are required by law (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, Section 2(3)) to have written a health and safety policy.

Smaller companies may also need to produce a written health and safety policy as part of a pre-tendering process to secure business with larger companies.

Whatever the reason, we can write a bespoke health and safety policy for your business that complies with legislative requirements, including the written policy statement, as well as the arrangements and organisation sections.   We can also incorporate your logo and other business information into your health and safety policy.

We charge a flat rate of £75 to write your policy for you. We will email a short questionnaire to you and produce your health and safety policy based on your responses. The policy documents are email to you in an MS Word format so that you can edit the document when changes occur.
